Available payment methods are shown at checkout. All prices are in euros and include applicable taxes. Your order is confirmed when you receive the order confirmation.

Returns & right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive it. Send a clear written notice to info@dancefest.lv, then return the item within 14 days after sending the notice.

For a change-of-mind return, you pay the direct return delivery cost. We refund eligible payments, including the least expensive standard delivery option offered, within 14 days after receiving your notice. We may wait until the goods are returned or you provide proof of return.

Model withdrawal notice

To L&S Company SIA, info@dancefest.lv: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the sale of [product], ordered on [date] and received on [date]. Consumer name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date].

Personalised items

The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised — for example, a badge produced with your name or photo. This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty or does not match the order.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item is faulty or does not match the order, contact us as soon as possible and no later than two months after discovering the issue. Consumer claims may be made within two years of delivery. We will first offer repair or replacement where appropriate; return costs for non-conforming goods are covered by the seller.
